After my son returns from playing, I take care to give him this hydrating drink.

Ginger & Tender Coconut Chiller

Ginger 🫚, honey, and tender coconut 🥥 water should all be blended well. You can add ice cubes before serving.

Ginger provides a lot of antioxidants, and tender coconut water is a good source of electrolytes.

I didn’t use ice cubes with my daughter.

I use fresh, tender coconut water for a better taste and more benefits. You can also add some jaggery powder to make it sweet.

Plain Yogurt Mix

In scorching temperatures, lassi is a refreshing and hydrating yogurt drink option. It can be enhanced with a dash of honey or a pinch of salt 🧂 for taste.

I even add a few drops of lemon 🍋 juice to make it more reviving.

My kids love a protein-packed smoothie with nuts. Nuts provide healthy energy and proteins that promote growth.

Since it gives my son energy for the whole day, I like to give him this drink for breakfast.

Lemon Balm Tea

Although it does not provide a lot of nutrients, it is ideal for occasional consumption.

Cucumber 🥒, mint leaves, and water should be entirely blended. Pour through a strainer, then add honey or agave syrup as desired. 

For a summer afternoon, it is a perfect drink. To the cucumber and mint juice, I also add flavors like lemon, lime, or ginger.

A fruity, nourishing beverage for kids is strawberry 🍓 coconut mix. Strawberries, which contain antioxidants and vitamin C, can be blended with water or coconut milk to produce a creamy texture and to add hydration and healthy fats. 

This drink is an all-time favorite of my daughter’s.
